The Staff is amazing, namely the young lady that had shown more experience, probably the responsible of Reception (I should know her name...). The way she welcomed us, recommended and booked the restaurante on our demand (and granted the booking of a table in the balcony overlooking the river), the taxi to go to Tbilisi, etc. The other staff is also very helpful on every moment. Breakfast is great with a lot of options with a good aura. This hotel is a very good value for money and a blessing to Kutaisi. A final note to the taxi driver, name Iraqi (I'm not sure how it's written), it's a fabulous person and safe driver.

It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service. The airport pickup was perfectly on time, even though I arrived late at night, and I truly appreciated that. At the reception, I was welcomed with great kindness and hospitality, and they offered me a complimentary cheese platter with wine, a very warm and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the driver, Goga, to Sofia (with the beautiful Greek name), to the lady responsible for housekeeping, and to the entire staff for their excellent hospitality and positive energy. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

A great place to relax with the whole family and not only that's why I recommend it to everyone. Come, definitely come here, the place is very cool, the apartment is very fresh. So everything We really liked it. Everything is super.
