From our very first contact, George was an exceptional host. He was responsive and helpful. He organised great trips, all at good prices. The hotel is extraordinary, owned by an antiques dealer, with every room unique. His massive showrooms are attached to the hotel, so, if that is your thing, you will be in heaven. We had three rooms and each were special. While full of antiques, there was still modern features like Japanese style electric toilet seats. The food was lovely and, unlike many places in the area, you could grab a cold beer. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

While pricier than other Kochi hotels, The Postcard Hotel is well worth the investment. This intimate boutique hotel, with only five rooms, boasts spacious and beautifully designed interiors that are both chic and modern. Its location in the heart of Jew Town is ideal for exploring Kochi. Despite being in a tourist area, the commercial nature of the location ensures a tranquil atmosphere from evening until morning, as shops close by 9 PM. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities are well-equipped and meet five-star standards. The staff is incredibly hospitable and attentive, with special thanks to Mr. Renjith for ensuring seamless and high-quality dining and overall experiences. The restaurant serves clean and delicious food, and they are happy to customize portions to accommodate individual preferences, allowing guests to sample a wider variety of dishes. I highly recommend The Postcard Hotel to anyone visiting Kochi who is willing to spend a bit more for a truly comfortable and memorable stay.

The kitchen staff went to great lengths to prepare food without salt, for the couple that were ending their fast. The bar staff were obliging and turned down the music and the A/C when requested.

Stayed in the panoramic jacuzzi suite. Loved the view from the bathroom over looking the lake. Spacious and well equip rooms. Staff are friendly, attentive and contentious. Clean rooms with nice linen. Rooms have Alexa, streaming tv’s. A lot of good places to eat nearby. Try Lilliput (turn left from the entrance to the resort and its two buildings down)
