Excellent hotel, the best breakfast in Italy, Friendly staff and everything was clean.

Great reception... both the ladies on reception were amazing and helpful. Location is pergect just a few mins from the beach. They have an arrangment for sunbeds which is great. i felt thoroughly look after. room and shower excellent . had to switch the fridge off as it was too noisy for me but my fault not theirs . Gave mevan excellent suggestion for dinner. a great place to stay. breakfast was exvellent too.Perfectly cooked eggs

Great hotel placed directly on the beach, friendly staff, pool in the front of the beach, parking lots with a charger.

The hotel is newer, in good condition and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is available from 8am until 1pm which was very convenient. You order from a menu rather than buffet style, but you are not limited and everything is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. There is a lovely Rooftop Bar on the 6th floor and they also serve dinner there . We ate there one night and the food was fantastic! There's also a nice view of the sea from up there . We really appreciated that bicycles are available and free to borrow. The pool was lovely and relaxing. We had a car and parking was available for 20 euros a night. The location was great for us, close to the beach and to the main strip of restaurants in Cervia. About a 10min bike ride from the heart of Milano Marritima. Overall a great experience!

The property was clean, modern, fully equipped. Marta was on hand to help us should we need anything. It was walking distance to the beach, had a bakery just across the road and had some lovely restaurants nearby.

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay—nice and cosy. It’s super clean, has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The highlights is the amazing pool! Marta, the host, truly stands out and adds a special touch to your stay. She is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels at home!

Excellent stay in the Hotel Palace for a second time, now even with the family of our son! Great atmosphere in terms of room and hotel facilities, food in the restaurant with menu which has never been repeated during our eleven days of stay, hotel location, beach located just 50m from the hotel, wide places in a garage. Convenient to stay with kids of any age! The hotel staff is deserved the separate appraisal: very friendly and professional! If someone would like to understand the words “customer focus” please, visit Palace Hotel to get the feeling what it does really mean. We look forward to visiting Palace Hotel on next year (with a great hope)!

The property is of high quality and very well located. the size of the hotel is optimal so that all is in easy reach. the staff are super friendly and the service is one of the best I have experienced for a long time and I have travel a lot around the world. high quality for money.

Great hotel and unique experience. 10/10

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond amazing. The room was the Garden Suite—spacious, cozy, with a huge balcony that we loved. Every day, the room was cleaned impeccably. The hotel offers unlimited free tea, coffee, alcohol, and water in the shared lounge area, which also has comfy chairs and sofas—perfect for relaxing. Our room even had complimentary water and nuts. The owner, Pier, was unbelievably friendly and helpful. At the end of our stay, we needed to go to the airport very early in the morning (5 AM!), we had arranged for the housekeeper to drive us to the airport (she had offered, and it would have been much cheaper than a taxi), but due to the terrible weather that morning—hail, heavy rain, strong wind, lightning, and storm, she didn’t hear her alarm and our call. The evening before this, we messaged Pier, so he could give us her number, he did give it and also said that we can contact him anytime if something goes wrong. So that morning at 5 AM we messaged him saying that the housekeeper didn’t answer, he replied immediately and said that he will come to get us. He literally arrived within five minutes to help us—absolute dedication. Despite terrible weather, he drove us to the airport and refused to accept any payment, insisting we were his guests. Also I wanted to add that the housekeeper answered then and was driving to us , but Pier already picked us up! The housekeeper was also amazing - she offered to wash, dry, and even iron our clothes for free. We declined because we didn’t want to bother her, but her kindness was beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful. The inner courtyard has a pool with a jacuzzi, loungers, and a stunning atmosphere. There’s also a shared restroom in the common area, fully stocked with all essentials-perfumes, cotton pads, q-tips, pads, nail files, combs—all perfectly hygienic. Every detail was thoughtful, and the staff went above and beyond at every turn.
