The place was exceptional. I'm a frequent traveller and it went far beyond my expectations. Elisa as well as personel are great people. Besides that, the comfort in the room and outside was great. I slept like a baby, I've never got such comfortable pillow even in 5 start hotels! I need to buy same to my home! Interior design also took my attention in a very positive way - somebody has a very good taste and share it with the guests. For sure I'll return to Elisas' place with my family

Although the hotel is 3 years old, it looks and feels brandnew and very clean! The rooms are amazing and very modern. The personel speaks fluent English, that's quite unique in Italy. I loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, for the beach. Although the beaches are busy and only available when you rent a bed. If you drive 15 mintues you will find local beaches for free (and more quiet). The breakfast is a real fest (for me!). There's so much choiche and even a menu for additional wishes like pancakes. I really could have stayed longer here. The hotel is located at a nice, but not really busy, street with small shops and bars/ restaurants. It is a small touristic area wich is nice to walk through in the evening. Ask for room 112, it has a very large balcony wich was really comforting! Conclusion: the reviews and high score are truly earned! Don't go to Rimini, this is the place.

The hotel is stylishly designed and furnished. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have wonderfully large showers. The a la carte breakfast is scrumptious with large portions and lots of choices. The sauna in the Spa is amazing!

Excellent stay in the Hotel Palace for a second time, now even with the family of our son! Great atmosphere in terms of room and hotel facilities, food in the restaurant with menu which has never been repeated during our eleven days of stay, hotel location, beach located just 50m from the hotel, wide places in a garage. Convenient to stay with kids of any age! The hotel staff is deserved the separate appraisal: very friendly and professional! If someone would like to understand the words “customer focus” please, visit Palace Hotel to get the feeling what it does really mean. The restaurant manager is outstanding, he does an incredible job. It is 5 star superior hotel level when it comes to the breakfast and dinner. Bravo to the employees and the kitchen! Several employees making sure that all is clean and that you get a top service. Fresh orange juice, fresh eggs the way you wish, gluten-free options. Amazing service! Grazie! Good and thoughtful suggestions from the reception when asked for places to go outside of the hotel.

This is one of the most awesomely decorated hotels we have ever stayed in, just loved all the quirky features. It offers good secure parking and a lift. Rooms are large and super comfortable. Walking distance to some great restaurants and the best Yacht Club right on the ocean. The host is super caring and nothing was to much trouble.
