Reception service is excellent! All team of the Hotel is attentive and hospital. If guests have any request managers of the Hotel tries to solve them immediately. Besides, I was very appreciate to receive a great assistance from all representatives of the Hotel, especially from Jessica. Restaurant of the Raddison is sophisticated and comfortable for spending time with family. Its cuisine is exactly excellent. We really enjoyed staying in your Hotel. Great design, exceptional terrace, very comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect. location is fine near metro and tram. Very courteous and helpful staff plus housekeeping twice daily. My room had a great city view. I liked the location near Sempiole park. The 12/14 tram goes to Duomo in 15 minutes and the no. 2 goes all the way to Porta Genova in maybe 25 minutes. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer. Many thanks to all of the staff who were most accommodating (and noticing it was my partner’s birthday), we will return.
