The room is very clean. Bath salts were provided for rooms with outdoor bath. Great Mount Fuji view from my room. The dinner was great. Free ice cream and probiotics drinks were provided.

Incredible view of Mt Fuji from nearly everywhere in the hotel! We had the French dinner which was incredible and the breakfast was pretty good as well. The private onsen is great if you want to relax with your other half but the regular baths are also very nice if you don’t want to pay extra or if it is fully booked. The staff are very friendly and the shuttle bus to and from the station made getting there very easy.

Our stay at the Mount Fuji View Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room itself was beautiful, with an incredibly comfortable bed—honestly, it’s the best bed we’ve ever stayed in. Location was a bit far from town but host had been excellent in corresponding in some issues.
