I don’t have enough good words to describe this place. We left with a heavy heart this morning, that’s how much we loved it. The bungalows are crafted with such love, attention to details and taste. It is surreal to be so close to Ella Main Street yet having your own nature haven. The place is so peaceful, you will feel completely disconnected from real life and be in your own bubble. The food is excellent, prepared in front of you at breakfast in your own little outside kitchen. They even have a little local crafts shop where you can buy macramé items made by local women they are supporting. I absolutely cannot wait to go back again, and this place has definitely been the highlight of our trip. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and clean. Each room has an amazing view of the greenery. Very kind and helpful staff. They really take care of their guests. I stayed there with a friend and we felt well looked after. The staff help with arranging transport to the places you want to visit. You can definitely relax at this property. We would be happy to come back again.

The host was super nice and really helpful. He got out of his way to accommodate us! The place is lovely and you can see that they put a lot of work into it. We had a breakfast one morning, which was extremely delicious! We also got breakfast to go for our train ride early in the morning, when we left. The accommodation is a bit outside of Ella. So it’s really enjoyable if you don’t want to be in the buzz of it but enjoy some peaceful time. So all in all highly recommended!

Nine Skies is the definition of boutique luxury. It is a small hotel with only 5 rooms and the service we received from all the staff was truly so personable this really felt like a home away from home. The design of the whole hotel is beautiful with a wonderful living room, with a cosy fire in the evenings, and our suite room was beautiful with a terrace. The pool has an amazing view over the tea plantation. All the meals we had were delicious. Our host was very friendly and helpful, organising day trips for us and setting up our own table with lots of candles for dinner by the pool one evening, and also set up our own private breakfast at a look out point which were both lovely experiences. This hotel is brilliant if you want a very quiet, secluded spot in the Hill Country with excellent service and food. It is an expensive hotel but it is worth the money.

Such a beautiful hostel! Was so new and clean. The view of Ella Rock was breath taking. The staff were very friendly and helped with transport at a cheap price. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Beds very comfy with private curtains. Restaurant onsite with wood fired pizzas! Would go back just for the pizza alone! It was amazing ! Would highly recommend!
