An absolute amazing property traditional riad the rooms looked old and traditional decor. The staff Mohamed and Aya both went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and tried to help in anyway they could. The breakfast was traditional morrocan and set you up for the day with so many items given did not know where to start. In all this property was amazing in every way possible

The welcome from the staff was incredible, very kind and very good advice, I recommend this establishment for this family spirit inside the Riad. We took an excursion via the Riad which was very well organized. Finally, the location of the Riad is perfect, very close to the Medina. Thank you again for this incredible stay we will be back!

A beautifully restored gem in the heart of Fes This riad is a true oasis in the middle of the city - beautifully restored with incredible attention to detail. Every corner feels like a tribute to local craftsmanship, making it not just a place to stay but an artistic experience. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was too much and they catered for our every need - from the owners to the waiters. Thank you. The food was outstanding, fresh, homemade, and full of flavour, prepared by talented local chefs right on site. Our stay was nothing short of wonderful, and we’re already dreaming of our return.

Everything, the serene atmosphere, architecture, room opulence, the terrace was superb, staff were very friendly/helpful. One of the best riads we’ve stayed in (particularly relative to the cost). I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Fes. Far better than staying outside the Medina.

We stayed at Riad Chahd, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible thanks to Moufid, our host. He helped us arrange the airport transfer, where a driver greeted us with a sign bearing our name and took us to the Riad in a very comfortable and air-conditioned van. Moufid was not only an excellent host but also shared his vast knowledge about the city and Moroccan culture with us. His restaurant recommendations were unbeatable and allowed us to immerse ourselves in an authentic local experience. He also arranged a Hammam bath for us, which was a completely new and fascinating experience that we loved. What truly stands out about Moufid is his charisma, integrity, and the pride he takes in his work. His warmth made our stay at the Riad unforgettable. If you’re looking for an authentic and enriching stay in Fez, we highly recommend Moufid and Riad Chahd.

The personnel was amazingly kind, we had many fun conversations and truly felt like we were cared for. We were given good advice, were always welcomed upon entrance, and the host woke up extra early so we could check out early. We're very grateful for the provided service. Also, the inner courtyard is very vibey and they have a wonderful terrace where you can play games at night that feels like a private café.

Noor was a delight to communicate with in preparation for our stay at Riad Rcif. Our arrival by car was well-coordinated with a porter to accompany us through the medina to the riad. The riad looks magazine-worthy and is well-maintained. Noor again and Hasan are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about Fes and Morocco. The room was stunning and lived up to the pictures and detailed description on the website. Breakfast was impressive and we couldn't resist lingering in the many inviting spaces of the riad - the courtyard, study and wonderful rooftop deck.
