This hotel was amazing! The staff were so friendly and polite, the bed was very comfortable and the room was great. Everything was very clean and the food was so good! I'd been hiking for the last two weeks so coming here was a real treat and very relaxing.

Cleanliness, with a warm, welcoming staff which gives you a personalised attention. They remember your requests and likes. The food is great, including the breakfast buffet. We had an enjoyable dinnertime all the four days of our stay. The dinner time staff at the restaurant are also highly attentive, courteous, and helpful. The breads and cakes are home-baked to perfection. Overall we had a memorable time here. The pool is clean, and large enough.

My recent stay at Timber House in Kathmandu was absolutely wonderful, exceeding all my expectations. I genuinely enjoyed everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. What stood out: exceptional Staff (especially Sanju, Ram, Rabita!). The biggest highlight was undoubtedly the staff, particularly Sanju. Her service was truly exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond throughout my entire stay. The location is very convenient - close enough to the vibrant Thamel area to easily explore, yet situated on a quieter street for a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars!

I recently stayed at the Apsara Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu and was thoroughly impressed. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time there and were impressed with the high level of service. We had five unforgettable days in this beautiful hotel. We didn't miss anything, we were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We would particularly like to highlight the extensive breakfast buffet. Another highlight was the Patio Bar, where we enjoyed the food and the good local beer. We would especially like to thank Sajja, she spoiled us with her perfect service and we learned a lot about Nepal through her.
