What a fantastic place! Definitely could recommend it without thinking twice - whether you want to have some relax time after trekking or just a chill time in Pokhara! The service was absolutely flawless before, during, and after the stay! I sincerely appreciate the attention of the Front Office Manager, Rabina, who anticipated all my needs (incl. proactive pick-up from the airport, upgrade of the room, coffee to go to the airport etc.). Devil is in the details they say, and the Dorje’s team just nails it!

The view from the rooftop was awesome, besides the pool, though we didnt get to use the Pool due to the cold weather. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was perfect. The masala tea they have is super nice. Special mention to restaurant staff Beenu, Samil and Gautam from management & Bindya from front desk! Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. The location was perfect - so close to everything

I’ve stayed at quite a few incredible hotels across the world and I genuinely think this is the best. The facilities were top tier, the location is insane (overlooking the lake, perfect for sunsets and rises, the food was great (and loved they had draft beer too), however the absolute stand out factor are the staff here. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they pulled out all the stops, including balloons in the room and a cake! They also accommodated every request we had (including some quite out there ones re activities) and were always honestly so so happy! If you come to Pokhara, just stay here; you won’t regret it.

This is a beautiful hotel, close to Pokhara town centre, close to the lake, wonderful attentive staff, very good food . Lovely swimming pool and spa and flora and the singing birds are a joy. A gem.

Gorgeous new hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, wooden ceilings and comfortable bed. The staff were all really nice and accommodating to a few requests that I had. They also gave me free airport pick up and drop off and a free ride to the gondola. The pool and all other areas of the hotel are exactly like the photos. I had a really nice hot stone massage at the onsite spa when I arrived which was perfect after finishing a 4 day trek. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel.
