This was my first stay in the United States, as I came here to begin my master’s studies, and I could not have chosen a better place to start this new chapter of my life. My experience at Omni Tempe Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and perfectly maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my stay very special. I especially want to highlight how attentive and caring they were during my brief health issue. Their support and assistance in those moments meant so much to me and left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our first evening included a lovely buffet-style dinner, which was a great way to start our stay. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, and having access to snacks throughout the day was a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it easy for us to get around and explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The resort was great, as was the staff always! However, booking screwed up our reservation and then told us we’d have to fix it by calling the hotel. We did, but it didn’t stay fixed. First they billed my for the day we weren’t there then they pre-advised us 5 times for the same item!
