Everyone was so helpful, happy, and friendly. They go above and beyond. I did not want to leave. I was travelling solo and never felt it there. Great accommadation for everyone, but if you are a nervous traveller, first-time traveller or older traveller, spend some time here. If all people were like them, we would be a happier human race. We have been travelling SE Asia for 2 months now and this is the best hotel we have stayed in hands down. What made it was the staff, they helped at every opportunity and even gave us a free room upgrade when we stayed a few extra nights. Greta location with free bikes to explore the area.
