The photos on the app don’t give this place justice. Fabulously renovated rooms with nice amenities such as locally made soaps and such, a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. A very decent view of the lake, an incredible balcony, a cosy bed and endlessly delicious bread for breakfast, thank you very much, we liked the hotel and the staff!

Really lovely bedroom and nice balcony, with beautiful view. room size big enough and bathroom very big as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very central located and has a very cosy atmosphere. Will definately go back soon again, it was worth it. Oh yes, and parking opposite the hotel, so problem.

On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden
