The hosts left very easy to follow instructions to access the unit and left us treats and umbrellas which was a nice extra touch. The bed was also comfortable and it was the first place we had on our trip that had air conditioning, which was great.

The service levels from the Concierge (in the main hotel across the road) were excellent; the breakfast in the restaurant was of very high quality, and our Residence itself was beautiful - in a great location, spacious and superbly appointed. The building itself is very old but the modern renovation has been done impeccably. The terrace at the rear was also beautiful and perfect for taking a break from city sightseeing. Highly recommended!

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. The apartment was very clean, staff and reception was really helpful, it was a pleasure to stay here. Special thanks to Amindra Operations Manager, very responsible and respectful men.
