He sorted out a car with driver for the whole day for an affordable price to visit Hongcun and Xidi on our way to Hangzhou railway station. Moreover, we were late in Huangshan Mountain to take the last cable car, so I just phoned him and he told us a different and shorter way to go down. The breakfast was delicious, so I can only say that I definitely recommend to stay in that place!

My dad had a fall and he personally escorted us to the hospital and stayed with us throughout. We were very touched by his sincerity and grateful for his help. He also planned our day tour to chengkan and huangshan and the package was reasonably priced. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fulfilling and a good mix of western and chinese food. Everyone in the hotel was kind and approachable. We felt very welcome. I would give it a score of 11!

The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and had a bathtub which was great for soaking in after a long day of sightseeing, also the shower was in a seperate location.
