Shared spaces are featured with fireplace, library, vinyl recorder, comfy sofas, children corner and small wine bar. A perfect place to stay if you are in Borjomi region. Nice building, spacious common areas in the building, as well as in the restaurant and in the garden. All of the people working there are more than supportive and welcoming. The host speaks perfect English, so communication is easy. The breakfast was the best we got during our trip in Georgia. Everything that you can ask for (including an incredible Chacha for breakfast ;)) and all of it homemade. We also had dinner there every evening, because it was delicious and really comfortable. They also have a small library and a firesite. There was a corner with kids' toys and our son loved playing inside and outside. They even stopped us from putting back all the toys in the evening and said we should just relax and they will tidy up later - that is a real holiday for parents :D We will definitely recommend Rivendell to all of our friends and come back to Borjumi region at some time just because of this jewel of accommodation!
