Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

It features spacious rooms with Mediterranean Sea views, and offers 2 swimming pools (one of them heated from October until April), 6 share pools, A la carte restaurant, wellness Spa, Fitness Center and a tennis court. Our flight was at 20h, and check out at 12h, so after check out they let us stay in the territory, to lay by the pool and use the towels, and later we could use a room where you can get ready for the flight: to bath and ect. And also you can make a reservation for tennis game. Everything for free :) very peacefull around pool area, so quiet and relaxing. Also superb breakfast!

Everything looked newly refurbished and the bathroom in particular was stunning. The welcome wine was a lovely touch and the hotel breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The entire team were so helpful and friendly and really made our stay excellent. In particular we appreciated them holding our bags while we spent the day at the beach before our very late flight home. We were even able to make use of the gym shower suites after our beach day.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Jensen Luxury Suites is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Rhodes Town, 400 metres from Elli Beach. The accommodation features a spa bath. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the aparthotel is soundproof and has a hot tub. The bath, the hosts, the breakfast arrangement, tv's, bed.. everything was as it should. But really the hosts Melina and Konstantinos deserve an A++! On our departure there was some issue with the taxi which didn't come or was very late, but Konstantinos looked after us and even gave us a ride to the port by himself! I cannot image a better service! Their friendliness left such nice memories for us!
