The apartments have everything you need (washing machine, cooking appliances, coffee machine etc.) and are exceptionally clean. The apartments are cleaned daily. Bedsheets/bathroom towels are provided, even beach towels upon request (no extra charge). The property owners (Maria and Angelos) are extremely polite/friendly and even gave us a gift upon our departure. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. The bedrooms have shutters which block the sunlight completely, hence we slept really well. There’s A/C in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room. Nice, large balcony with partial sea view. Great location - lots of shops, restaurants and bars just outside the apartments. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment or 3 minutes by car. Tsilivi beach/Alexandra Beach Hotel beach is nice and family friendly. I recommend hiring a car so that you can see other nice places as well, such as Alykanas beach, Gerakas Beach, Shipwreck/blue caves and Myzithres (by boat only). We would definitely stay here again!

I wish they weren't closing for the season the day after I arrived or else I would have spent my entire vacation in Zakynthos with them. (I stayed at five different places in my time in Zakynthos and no other place even came CLOSE to the quality and value.)

The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, nightclub and room service. I have never experienced such polite, helpful, kind, attentive staff in my life. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mentions to Maria, another Maria, Emilia, Marinos, and Alexis. There was another beautiful girl who I’ve forgotten the name of, but all so helpful and kind.

It's often the little details that make your stay memorable — like cold water and juice waiting for you in the fridge (the tap water on the island isn't drinkable). Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming, greeting us warmly when we first arrived. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious — exactly as shown in the pictures.They took the rubbish out daily and changed the towels every other day, which made the stay even more comfortable. Tsilivi is an ideal place to stay, as it's only a 10-minute drive from Zakynthos Town, and the beach is amazing, with soft sand and light blue waters. There are plenty of restaurants and little shops for browsing and souvenir shopping. Finding a parking space can be a headache, so the fact that there is one right in front of the apartment is a huge bonus.
