Food was excellent, everything was delicious! I look forward to a return visit!

We are so lucky we found this B&B place. Noreen is a very welcoming and kind person. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, warm, and cozy. The location and views are stunning! Abbeyglen Castle Hotel was built in 1832 and offers a new beauty and relaxation centre, and many indoor and outdoor facilities. Location, environment, character, staff, breakfast. All that means one is spoiled. Have to be back to enjoy the prosecco and history tales we missed due to late arrival. But we enjoyed the evening music and atmosphere.

In all honesty when we first arrived we thought the hotel was a bit run down. How wrong we were. There was work being done and when finished it'll be stunning. Inside was homely, so if you want modern, this isn't the hotel for you. We (my daughter and I), loved the homely feeling and decor. The staff were first class and couldn't do enough for us. The food was exceptional! We had an evening meal and breakfast the next morning and couldn't fault it at all. The room was spacious and overlooked Lough Inagh. Stunning! The beds were very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. AND they are dog friendly too, even though I didn't have my four legged friend with us.
