Killarney Lodge is just 3 km from Lough Leane and boasts several wonderful golf courses on its doorstep. The Lodge also offers an extensive breakfast menu. Very lovely place, big room, cozy and comfortable. We sadly skipped the breafast to hike around the lake.

Rooms are individually decorated with a lovely country house style. The rooms all have en suite showers, satellite TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Irons, hairdryers and telephones are also provided and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

The Parknasilla Hotel's sweeping staircase leads past a stained glass window, towards the luxurious guest rooms. The modern and spacious rooms are decorated in light colours and include a TV and free Wi-Fi. The hotel was beautiful .Staff were very welcoming and friendly very professional. The setting was amazing .

Rooms at the 4-star family-run hotel have baths and shower. They also have satellite TVs, hair dryers and most rooms have countryside views, some have balconies. We spend a great time and we plan to go back next year.

Bathroom had all necessary amenities and more. Friendly staff. Irish breakfast was also good.

Our room was amazing - spacious with charming decor. The staff was magnificent - super helpful with numerous tips about "must-does" of the areas. A highlight of the breakfast were the home-baked scones.

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 17 km from O'Connell Memorial Church. When staying at the country house, guests can use private entrance. Location with views over Portmagee is fantastc. Location is also central for activities/sightseeing on Valentia Island and Ring of Kerry. Monica is a wonderful host.
