The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. location couldn't be any better - we had the side windows and there was almost no noise... plus the windows are extremely noise proof. To say though; that there was very little "noise" and at 11pm it was super quiet outside

Very nice and warm hosts Lina and Alessandro. We had a wedding ceremony and they helped us with everything, were friendly. Very responsive. Breakfast was delicious and was arranged with a magnificent view of Lake Como. The location of the villa is excellent: it was easy to get to. We liked the feeling of privacy in the villa, the silence and the ringing of the bells of the church, which is nearby. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, birds on the territory - all this was very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The design of everything around was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note the work of the maid, who cleaned the room well and was always cheerful and smiling :) We did not want to leave this quiet place at all!

The only regret that I have is, not arranging this place and our Como stay longer. Besides, we loved the apartment. More than everything that someone may need was there. The location was also wonderful. If we come again, we will absolutely choose Alessandro's place again.
