The Room was top notch - the design, the lighting, the facilities. It was very clean as well. The pool was really nice, especially the “Ladies-only” Saturdays - such great vibes! The Room service was perfect, the food was delicious! Well done, Chef! And last but not least - the registration staff - So kind, generous and sweet. Very professional and yet so friendly and kind. I would definitely come back in my next stay in Amman. Thank you!

The location worked well--easy to make day trips out of town and it was right next to the mall where we did shopping. It was Ramadan, so no breakfast buffet, but the hotel provided very good breakfasts delivered to our room. The rooms have microwaves and a mini fridge. There were no plates or utensils or bowls, but we asked the hotel for some and then we were able to buy at the supermarket and prepare/heat up simple food for ourselves for lunch or dinner. Once again, especially nice during Ramadan to be able to do.
