All employees are very helpful and explained all we need. We arranged their shuttle for transportation from and to airport and it was exactly on time. We had early flight and very early check out. So, we asked if possible to prepare just a few biscuits for the such early breakfast, but we got the whole breakfast 😊. Very safely area with more restaurants, shops and shopping mall. A beautiful park is also on few minutes walking distance. 10 minutes driving to the airport.

Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.

Transfers from and to the Airport are provided at a surcharge. Breakfast was amazing, a huge variety of food served in the wonderful terrace which was heated due to low temperatures in Marrakech. The Riad is close by the medina and very safe to reach also in the night. The staff was extremely kind, they served us breakfast at 7 in the morning on our last day since we had an early flight. Much appreciated!!

Can only recommend sitting downstairs at the pool for coffee in the sun or having Moroccan tea in the evenings by the fireplace. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be coming back!

For my final night I was looking for something with comfort and found it! Hotel is located near busy street, but it has all facilities you'd ever need - restaurant, SPA, gym, pool, underground parking. Carwash is next door, gas stations as well - this was important for me as I had to return rental car next morning. I had perfect moment to prepare myself for leaving next day back home. I stayed in suite so there is everything you'd need - comfort, space, cleanliness. Breakfast was unbelievably fantastic, I'd consider staying there for breakfast alone. I'd strongly recommend this hotel when you're really done exploring local type of accommodations (riad etc.) - this feels already like in Europe.
