Just was at the JDMarriott in Tucson and the JD Marriott Palm Desert was far superior in every way. My room was very quiet and I was on the first floor and really enjoyed waking up to the golf course and seeing the golfers and the ducks on the course. Very peaceful. Will return for future trips. Everyone said hello and made us feel welcome. The kids zone folks were also really helpful. Also purchased a massage which I thought would be discounted because of the Marriott stay , it was not I ended up paying a total of $380.00 for a 60 minute stress massage plus arnica oil . I have never ever ever paid that amount. Iwas so disappointed. We were booked to go up in January with 3 other couples and after we related the what occurred we all cancelled.
