The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah exceeded our expectations of a 5 star resort. The villa was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. What made the stay exceptional for us, were all the staff. From the person that greeted us on our arrival, to the front reception, the staff who drove the buggies, the activities staff (a special thanks to Martin) and the staff in the restaurants. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful and all service were provided with beautiful smiles. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The breakfast provided was quite satisfactory, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. It was a good start to the day and added value to the stay. Another highlight of this hotel is its fantastic location, particularly for those interested in shopping. The proximity to malls and shopping centers made it incredibly convenient to explore and indulge in retail therapy without hassle. The accessibility to these areas was a definite plus point and contributed positively to the overall stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Especially the front desk staff Ms. Papiya gave a warm welcome and was highly accommodating. She made sure I complete the registration formalities within a few mins. The same goes while I made the checkout. Everything went like a breeze.

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY among all the hotels in the area, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly especially Mr.Ahmed ,Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Sithija , they all along with the rest of the team contributed in an amazing way to make our stay memorable, the hotel got the best location in the area and the view was amazing, i tried many other hotels but got to say i will always recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you City Stay Hotel Team for the great experience, looking forward to visiting u again.
