CanadaThe friendly staff upon check in and out, this one young lady especially was a 110 out of 100 with being nice and helpful, I always say a smile goes along way and this lady was big on smiles, perfect customer service.
The room was nice and comfortable, and having that outside access directly to a parking spot in front of our door as well as an inside room entry off the main hallway internally, really nice feature, it was clean, breakfast was very good, location is excellent, price was very reasonable and parking was great.

AustraliaWe arrived early and asked if we could have a room on the ground floor so we didn't have to climb up stairs - and we were given a room with a view of the river and the huge dinosaur, so that was great! The hotel was close to several restaurants for dinner options. Breakfast was good - especially making our own pancakes! Free parking was great.

It was 33 degrees outside, but the rooms were air conditioned. There were enough chairs for all to sit comfortably and watch the football game and a movie. The room itself (although not 2 bedrooms as advertised) accommodated our family of 5 really comfortably. The beds were comfortable, the floors and bathroom were clean. There was air conditioning which was an absolute luxury in the 35 degree heat during our vacation. It was extremely busy due to the festival that was going on in town. The restaurant that's attached to the motel I hear is extremely good. I only had coffee from there.
