The fact that when I was assigned a room that was stated "Non-smoking" it smelled of smoking. The lady verified that it did have the smell of smoke, was sure that someone had smoked in the room regardless of sign and moved me to another "Non-smoking" room without any problems. Also it was within walking distance to get food, etc. (McDonald, Smart & Final, Harbor Freight, Panda Express, Star Bucks).

    Hardly anything but the bed was ok. Bare bones lodging. For the same price I could have gotten a motel nearby that offered much more.

    The motel is a little older and some might like the new and fancy. But, this place was so clean, cleaner than the new motels I have stayed in and so quiet. I had the best sleep and woke up refreshed. It only has 15 rooms, but, if you care about cleanliness and someplace quiet this is for you. The staff was very helpful. The water is heat on demand so you might have to wait a few minutes. I will go back again when I am in the area.
