The location was excellent, an easy walk to downtown and given it was on a busy road it was reasonably quiet. The couple who managed the place were exceptional, going out of their way to help and advise especially when we were jet lagged. When we had a major issue they were very supportive, giving us practical advice and help. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. It essentially is a motel type set up but with daily room servicing - it wasn’t flash but great value and close to an excellent Brewery for evening meals. The location is also good for public transport - 7 minute walk to the ‘metro’ station. The taxi firm they recommended was excellent, taking care of us when something went wrong rather than leaving us stranded: CALLMETAXICAB 602-410-5540 Garry Valdez.

The Patrons were excellent! Very friendly and courteous. I missed a day that I had reserved. Mesa Oasis Inn contacted me after I was home and referred me on how to get reimbursed from Booking.com, (who were also very helpful), for the day I did not stay, after they had already been paid through booking.com for it. I did not expect this nor did I ask for it. They were courteous enough to be proactive about it and it earned them my next stay in Mesa, AZ. Thank you so much Mesa Oasis Inn

For it being a cheap motel I really thought it was nice. Reviews made it seem like tons of homeless people hang out around it but it wasn't that bad.

The bathroom had no door, the tub was clogged up, front door didn't close properly and we were charged twice for the stay. Booking.com charged us when reserving the room and the motel charged me again when getting the room. How can we get reimbursed for the extra $140 we paid? My number is 602-425-9752. Robert Keith
