    Disappointing - What previous guests thought, 234 reviews
    they over booked and didn’t even tell me till 8:30 the night we were supposed to be there. they wouldn’t give us a refund or try to help us find other accommodations. we were stuck 8 hours from home. no money for anther hotel. we had to sleep in the car at a truck stop. 5 of us children included. not safe and not good. Booking.com didn’t help us or the motel.
