This is the only hotel or motel I've ever stayed in where they turned on the heat in the room before I got there. Well appreciated in that cool late winter weather. Especially notable: The manager emanated an almost spiritual dedication to his work, as if doing his job was a spiritual discipline. We entered the room ..everything was old and shabby and dirty..toilet did not flushable…surrounding rooms occupied by workers with trucks and vans.
