Whispering Sands Beachfront Motel is situated on Waikanae Beach, just a 10-minute walk from Gisborne city centre. Fantastic view on the beach and beautiful and clean apartment.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. Our host, Caro, was super nice and gave us a great room and restaurant recommendations. Room was large and comfy. The terrace at the back of the room was a nice surprise.

The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. It was great to have a restaurant, bar and park across the road…everyone in our party was happy 😊

Located in the centre of Te Hapara, this motel offers a children’s playground for the whole family to enjoy. Free WiFi is provided. Easy to find, and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The main attractions are also not far away. The owner/manager is helpful, nice and knowledgeable about Gisborne. Our room was a good size, and it had everything you need.
