Villa Emanuel surpassed my expectations. It is a beautiful villa with lush gardens and a lovely pool situated a 10 minute walk from the train station and buses into Sorrento Centro. What really made our stay exceptional though was the staff; especially Fabrizio who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable - a very polite and hardworking employee, and a very nice young man. Maria, Martina, Tina and Laura all gave excellent service. After the noise of Naples and elsewhere, it was a delight to stay in a quiet, spacious and private place where we could enjoy our environment.

Breakfast was great. Location is really good. Saint Agnello is not too busy but close to everything. Service was great. Grounds make you feel like you are in a private oasis.

Management and staff were excellent. I had an issue with my card - I was Diamond. Downgraded to Platinum. But when I arrived, I displayed an old account that was Classic. I have resolved this accounting issue. But the manager didn’t embarrass me n front of my friend - and said, we will treat you as Diamond. The tTeam were amazing!!!

Great location and great size for a family holiday or short break. Apartment was clean and well well furnished within easy walking distance of the town centre, local shops around the corner. Apartment was very clean, new - after reconstruction, all was like described in listing. Good position in the town - very short walking distance to restaurants, shops and harbour. Owner was realy nice and very helpful with all our questions and requirements, all reactions were absolutely quick, which is not standard for many other owners!
