Incredibly charming house and very well located, with a thermal swimming pool and INCREDIBLE hosts! From the check-in Franz greets you like family with a traditional homemade lemonade and gives you tips to enjoy the island like a local! I came by myself and thanks to their recommendations I discovered the most amazing spots 🫶 The breakfast is amazing too with plenty of homemade goodies, do yourself a favor and try the jams 🤤 If you want to experience the real well-known Ischian hospitality this is the place to be! I am definitely staying in la Maggioressa again on my next visit to this charming island!!!

This place is amazing. We booked it last minute and we were blown away when we arrived. It’s so beautiful. It has hot tubs, 2 cooler pools and a large jacuzzi pool which was perfect for the October weather. The access to the beach is a real bonus. The view from the breakfast terrace is just stunning. You can see to Ischia and Capri whilst having your morning coffee. It’s honestly amazing. We had two rooms with a joint terrace which was perfect with teenagers. Rosella and her team were so friendly and welcoming. And the restaurant that’s part of the complex served beautiful food. We would definitely return. It’s a lovely, calm haven to relax in after seeing the busy heart of Naples.

Hotel was lovely, room was clean and very comfortable. I liked the spa area and the gym as well. Breakfast was little bit limited but you were able to order for example omelette and other products from the kitchen. Staff was very welcoming and also when leaving early in the morning, they were waiting at the door and organised my travel to the airport.

Hotel Terme Alexander was just right for my wife and I. The staff at reception, bar, pool side and cleaning were all excellent and made us feel welcomed. The pool and basement thermal pools were beautiful and very clean. We stayed in a garden view room with balcony which was spacious bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. The position is Perfect to explore Ischia Easy to get to the main sites and restaurant area just out side the gate. The owner also owns a restaurant in the street with a beautiful menu. We ate there twice and the food and drinks were excellent Parking our car on site was a bonus for Italy Oh and the whole package was very well priced. So happy with our choice of hotel We will be back again next time for longer that’s for sure Paolo and Daniella Melbourne Australia

The breakfast was sufficient for the price. Enjoyed the fresh fruit, honey, almonds, goji berries. Great value for the location, cleanliness, on point service and amazing massage at the spa! Enjoyed the thermal spa experience especially given the price point. The staff was very helpful, polite and accommodating, gave dining recommendations and helped with luggage and taxi.

the hotel is placed in an excellent position, easily reached with a short walk. It is also a few metres away from the Ischia Port Terminal and from there you can catch a bus (actually a mini-bus as the streets of Ischia are quite narrow) to just about anywhere on the island. The staff were very friendly and courteous offering precise explanations and details. Highly recommended if you simply want to relax! An added treat (which we did not know about when we booked) was the "percorso benessere" included in the price!
