Everything was excellent - mind you I stayed for 9 days. Staff - Excellent service and courtesy all around, if you need something, there is notice and guides pasted everywhere. Amenities - Basically everything is provided from toothbrushes to towels, even hairgel and deodorant Bed - Was alright, was stiff but its capsule bed, there is overhead tv in each capsule too Lockers - Theres a locker given, okay to fit 26-inch luggage, but there are places to store bigger ones as well Bath - Hot bath was awesome, especially during cold climates Lounge - Free curry/fried rice and free flow beverage was amazing, theres even alcohol tasting in the evening Location - easy 5 minute walk from Ogikubo station, there is a shopping mall, konbini and restaurants all around

This was one of the best hotels I have experienced in my whole life. Every detail is thought about. Number one favourite thing for us was the garden. Absolute magic. We tried every restaurant in the hotel and each was exceptional. With two small kids, ages 5 and 2, this was the perfect hotel. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Hôtel located in Ginza at around 10-12 min from the fancy area. The welcome was perfect and the persons at the front desk always available for 1000 questions. The rooms a little small and the beds were ok. Breakfast was really great, with lots of choice and variety of dishes. Close to Shimbashi, Asakusa and Hibia trains/metro lines which bring you to many interesting places in Tokyo.

Great breakfast included, lovely happy hour of free drinks! Staff were excellent and friendly. Rooms are tight but have everything you need- great facilities. Block out curtains were so good. Close to night-life and restaurants. Would recommend
