I love how thoughtful the place is for families esp. preschooling children or younger. They had kids in mind in every aspect of the place. From rooms, to onsen, the pool and even a kids buffet spread.

The Onsen facilities on the top floor were spectacular- incredible experience to bathe in the rooftop pool looking out over the lake at night. The view from the room was fabulous- lovely serene setting for a relaxing stay. The dinner buffet had a great selection of options. Something for everyone to enjoy.

The hotel is beautiful. The Onsens are nice. The rooms are traditional Japanese (some with western beds). The staff is friendly.

The room is spacious and clean. Nice view for the lake. Onsen is good. Buffet dinner has varity of food and delicious.

The owner was very nice and helpful he called the taxi for us and helped out even if we speak limited Japanese. The facilities were nice and clean.
