The staff had reasonable command of English and were always helpful regardless. They provided umbrellas for walking around the property and on excursions and there was complimentary drinks - including alcoholic beverages - at reception. The toiletries were nice and you could grab extra items easily at the front desk. The included dinner and breakfast were really delicious and a wonderful experience. The room is very clean, bed is comfortable and warm, bathroom has everything we'd need. In the room, it also provides full bottle of water in the water boiler, along with a full tea set! The in-room dinner and breakfast is a completely blow-away experience!
