Great service, did their best to help with anything I needed. The room was very comfortable and had all the equipment I needed. The location was perfect, I walked everywhere by foot, there was plenty of food nearby.

The room was lovely and very clean, all of the facilities provided were super helpful and the free breakfast and drinks were a great addition! The man who served us and helped us check in when we arrived was lovely and was very assisting. I appreciated the kindness as we arrived!!

The location is very convenient— just across the port. The amenities are great. The onsen is amazing. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. While it’s just a 10 minutes walk there’s a bus well marked right by the station that takes you there. Great view over the bay. Half-board was very well served. Good bed, spacious room. Good toiletries. Staff supportive. Bus driver very friendly. :-) Spend enough time on island and do a hike there up to Mt. Misen.
