Hospital lighting, dirty room etc. When asked for an upgrade, the staff was extremely efficient and it was worth every penny. There were recommended breakfast and dinner times and was well organised with a great range of food for dinner and a smaller selection for breakfast. We paid for the private onsen which was worth the cost and had a small relaxation room before the onsen with access to nicer skincare and haircare products than those available in the room.Guest review byamendigoYoung couple

Buffet spread for dinner was great, amazing egg mayo and variety was huge. Breakfast was a little less wonderful but still has enough variety to make it all good.
