Excellent staff customer service. Check in experience was a VIP treatment. From parking to receiving a welcome drink with a Daifuju mochi and a hot hand tower. We were seated at the lounge while the staff came over to complete the check in. Dinner was superb. Very high quality and very good variety. The chef personally came by to serve. Can see and sense that he takes pride in what he serves. Excellent. The GM also came by to greet every guests.

We had a very warm welcome and felt like home. The room was very big and clean. We got fresh tea and sweets every day. The breakfast and the dinner were great. Especially the snowcrabs were delicious, althoug We don't like seafood so much. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your ryokan!

Large room with desk, comfortable bed. Useful amenities and tea. Comfortable onsen, good quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff can sell stamps and send postcards. The lobby has a lot of space for tables, sofas and also a small shop. Near the onsen there are vending machines with all sort of drinks, food and a microwave. Good location close to the station and restaurants are nearby.
