We had an amazing experience. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful, going beyond their typical duties to make us feel at home. We travelled with an 8-month-old baby so we had a number of requests, all of which were met immediately and perfectly. I would like to emphasise the support we got from Sanjeev (the hotel's security manager), the staff at the reception, and the staff taking care of our daily room cleaning. Everyone was perfect!
