It was amazing time in true village almost on the top of the mountain. Unforgettable views, welcome owner, very very delicious food, you will not find something better, it’s was the moments which we will remember for all life!!! This place is authentic, with very friendly and kind locals, who welcomed us as a family members. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the hotel is 10 out of 10 points!!!

We really liked the peaceful countryside setting, just a short drive from Gjirokaster but far enough to feel like a true escape. The peaceful countryside setting was a perfect escape from the busy town, offering fresh air, quiet surroundings, and beautiful views of the mountains and nature. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We especially appreciated the tranquil atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. It felt more like visiting a home than just staying in a hotel. Just a note: all rooms were equipped with air conditioning, which wasn’t clear from the photos. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat close to Gjirokaster with an authentic countryside feel, Center Village Villa is a fantastic choice. We only stayed one night, but we’d happily come back for longer and with a bigger group.

A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!

A very quiet, spacious, clean apartment with good facilities in a fantastic location with an amazing host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. Very close to Gjirokastër and a short drive to the supermarket, lots of hiking and sights in the local area. Not forgetting the friendly cat of course. This is a fantastic place near everything : Gjirokaster, Libohova, Monastery, Antigonea, Cajupi Valley and much more. Asim Zenel village is a great place to stay. Vila Shametaj also is much more than a hotel, is a family business where you fil home. Is not just hospitality and food, they put their hard in everything they do for you. Cleanness is exceptional. Everything they put on the table is fresh from their garden. Grandma an extraordinary strong woman, takes care of the garden. We enjoyed this stay more than staying in Gjirokaster. The last day the owner gave us a ride to the bus station in Gjirokaster which was very kind of him. We came like visitors and we left like friends. But we will be back for sure. Thank you from our hard for this unforgettable experience!

Very helpful people, although the restaurant was close when we stayed here, they gave us a lift to a restaurant. We traveled with motorcycles and they offered the garage for us to park in there. Thanks a lot

Room was clean and breakfast was yum. The host, Maradona is a star. He is affable and aim to please. He was super kind and provided transfer from terminal to hotel, New Bazaar and other areas. He also offered useful recommendations on places to see.
