located in a very beautiful and quiet beach, surrounded by nature. the place is ran by super cool hardworking people that will make everything to provide an amazing experience. its right in front of the beach, so location is perfect, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable and have A/C for the warm days an nights of Albanian summer. the food is very good, and you can enjoy the amazing breakfast that is included with seaview. coffe is super great, you need to try the Freddo Cappuccino and the Albanian tradicional pankakes (Petulla) - they were the best we had in Albania. we enjoyed so much that we had all the meals at the restaurant and they were all delicius. Also make sure you visit the Ancient ruins inside the Naval Base at the end of the beach, its a super nice experience. The prices are also super fair and affordable compared to other places we visited.

Everything was perfect about our stay! The apartment had everything you could need. It was thoroughly clean, extremely spacious, had an amazing balcony with a beautiful view. It had functioning blinds, which for us was a big plus and the kitchen was fully stocked (it even had salt! and dish soap!). We were having a bit of trouble connecting the gas to use the stove, so we contacted the property owner and immediately she showed up to help us! Also we lost two expensive rings and the owner did everything she could to help find and save them. The room was warm and it still had loads of extra blankets. The shower worked perfectly (honestly the best showering experience we had in 1 week in albania) and the bathroom was very clean.

Perfection at every level ! Our unit/room was on the beach, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen extremely well equipped, with everything you need !! To top it off the hard working owners (Tatjana & Avdyl) are a genuine, nice Albanian couple making sure you are enjoying your stay (Not to forget their lovely daughter Sonila, dealing with translation via WhatsApp, thanks Sonila!) We love the peace and calm of the place, a real gem 😃

Great location, clean, had everything provided (and more!), the host was also exceptional! Very welcoming, always available, even in the middle of the night… We were celebrating a 9 year old’s bday and had requested the host to leave a note wishing her happy bday, however the host went over and above what I was expecting and made such an effort - it truly made the holiday very special. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience at Elegant Seaview Escape. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. Location-wise, it’s excellent — only a short walk or drive to local beaches, restaurants, and the town centre. Overall, Elegant Seaview Escape is the ideal place if you’re looking for comfort, tranquility, and spectacular views in Orikum. I’d highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travellers, and I’ll definitely be coming back if Im in the area again.

    Really comfortable place to stay with family and kids. There are all that you need: kitchen appliances, a comfortable shower, comfortable bed. Close to the building a lot of free parking places. Some shops and cafes only few minutes away from the apartment. Beach 10 minutes walk from the house.

    Steps from the beach! Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant was available for dinner which was so delicious and fresh. Comfortable beds and large rooms. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful. Free parking available across the street. Will definitely recommend and will stay again

    The host was very kind and helpful. I love starting my mornings with breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the stunning mountain view and a tiny bit of sea view. The apartment was very nice, it had everything you might need. The town's charming cafes, fish market, and grocery stores were just a short stroll away, making it convenient to explore. Plus, with free parking around the building and the beach within walking distance, it was the perfect location.
