This is a very cozy hotel just in front of the forest, on the backyard there is very nice place to work or just sit in front of the river and forest. Staff is very helpful and nice. Room is cozy and specious with everything you may need. Breakfast is good.

It's a very beautifull small 2room private appartment with a balcony with a great view on the mountains. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were one of the first visitors, everything is very new. Only the curtains were still missing, which wasn't a problem, but that's the only advice I can think of for improvement.

We enjoyed our short stay in this lovely guest house. We were made feel very welcome and loved the design and decor of the living and dining areas. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the view from our room, to the mountains, spectacular. Breakfast was a wonderful variety of cold and hot food, the best we have had in Armenia! The host is a lovely man who gave us great tips on places to visit in the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

The best guest house in Armenia I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in garden(fresh air , rural calmness and the chant of the birds) . High quality rooms, and high quality service. It was so great I came back a second time ! The rooms were hotel standard with the added bonus of having a spacious well-equipped kitchen, if you like to cook ! The staff were friendly and helpful and it felt good knowing the money went into creative education.
