Everything was great, staff, accommodation and location. Just perfect! Staff is so polite, great in communicating, and kind. Accommodation is exactly as shown on pictures, everything is spotless and WiFi is strong. Location is amazing, so many restaurants, grocery stores, coffee/juice places around. Also, close to all sightseeings!

The staffs Gregor, Saternik, Garnik, Vahan are amazing hosts. Was originally booked in a Double room with balcony for 3 nights. Stayed in the original room for my 1st night and on my 2nd, realized that my shower is blocked. Saternik stepped in and upgraded my room to the bigger room with bath tub for the rest of my stay. Extended 2 more nights with them and Vahan kept me in the big room with the same price as the original room! I wanted to stay longer with them but they are fully booked for the rest of the days im staying in yerevan 🥲 (new years). Property is in an excellent location in a really nice street. Everything is in walking distance and I would absolutely stay with them again whenever I come back to yerevan in the future. Very highly recommended. 👍👍👍
