We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and sheets are clean.The shower is great, except the water doesn't drain very quickly. The room is very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with Americano coffee or tea, eggs, fruit, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt. Air conditioning works well, we didn't use the wifi. The location is good. A 12-15 minute walk to the main square and for us, it was a pleasant walk. It is a really good value especially with the breakfast.

Varusjan is a very welcoming and committed host who gives you a lot of useful information about the city and the history of his country. The place is definitely the most cozy and nice place we've been in Armenia. There are multiple chill areas where you can meet other guests or just relax by yourself and even a pingpong table.
