Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. We had an amazing stay beyond our expectations in the mid-September. Sorrounded by crystal clear lake we enjoyed time chilling at the beach, swimming, relaxing in the sauna. There are other water activities offered by the resort available to try out ( sup, jet ski, scuba diving..). Ech minute was well spent. The friendly stuff is always around happy to help, give advice with all the hospitality.

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

My room was actually a small apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. The hotel is located right at the lake shore and has its own beach facilities. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. It's worth keeping in mind that the nearest grocery shop is almost 2 km away, but the hosts will gladly cook meals for you at affordable prices. The nature is the area is just amazing!

Location is amazing. The whole setup is very well done and comfortable. Felt very safe and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and kind. Rooms were great with the best views! Added benefit of a swimming pool & pool bar was well enjoyed.
