This is a lovely guest house with multiple private rooms with ensuite bathroom and a shared kitchen area. The rooms are spacious and light, the bathroom spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The owner met us with coffee and fruit and check in was extremely easy. We used the kitchen to cook an evening meal and it was well equipped. There were other guests at the same time as us, however this did not disturb us in any way. We would highly recommend this guesst house

They provide baby shampoo soap n shower gel even slippers for kids in the room,,,,cookies was delicious .....bed was comfortable baby cot was safe n clean...love the view from my balcony ..republic square was approax 20 min walking distance from the hotel but the best part was atleast hotel provided free transportation from hotel to republic square ..drinks they provided close to reception they kept for guest loved it .....and my 1 year 5 months old daughter loved the kids room she enjoyed alot in the kids room at the hotel very beautiful n spacious...all the staff were helpful from reception to the restaurant etc and the best part was the view of the hotel water fountain....my daughter love the swing ...it was so relaxing in the hotel love hearing birds chirping.....

Very good experience. The facilities are new and modern with high quality and up-to-date hardware, somewhat like a four-star standard. Room is clean and quite. Keithen is full equipped and very helpful. The front gate has an electronic lock and very safe. Although the location is 3 km away from city center, but In general transprotation is very conveient. Bus stop is 6 mins by walking. 18 mins working to railway station and metro. Manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our flight was in the evening and I stored our luggages in the facility for the whole afternoon safely before I came back to take them. Highly recommended!

Its a fantastic place with much higher standard than we expected! Beautiful interior plus lots of ammenities and AC, very clean room and unbelivably comforable bed; awsome personel and service, great price, and very convinient location right in the centre of Yerevan! All that make this place special and realy worth of staying! Very highly recommended!

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was 100% clean, the bed was comfortable. Location is also good, not noisy. Everything looks like on the photos. Perfect place for short stay.
