The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. While we were waiting for our room, they offered coffee to us. Breakfast is fantastic: eggs bread and various snacks included)) I highly recommend staying in this hotel. We had a pleasant stay at Kuma for just one night and really enjoyed dinner at the restaurant too. The kitchen and the nice lady at reception as well as the staff at the restaurant are definitely a reason to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gyumri.
