The place was great. Everything was exceptionally clean and I’ve never seen an accommodation taking care of all the little things which really add up to a wonderful experience. It’s just outside the city of Lienz and there is a huge supermarket nearby where you can get everything you can imagine.

A lovely bar and lounge with superb mountain views. It's great at this price to have somewhere to sit and relax. Good bike storage. Staff are all well trained and want to make the guests happy. Aircon throughout and everything feels new and works well. Very good value for money

    Perfect location. Near home is bar with coffee/beer/desserts (9.00-22.00). In 700 m are pizzeria and luxury restaurant with kitchen's level like Michelin. 600 m to children playground. In 1.5 km big supermarket Interspar. Nice and polite owner, he met us and gave everything needed. Balcony was like in paradise, perfect view, save for children, with table and chairs and blankets for cool weather. He organize for us places for 2 bicycles and child trolley in hall. Free parking in front of house.
