The hotel is located around 15 minutes drive outside Salzburg. The hotel reception was manned when we arrived. We had 2 room next to each other, which were large and comfortable. The evening meal was excellent and great value for money.

Cosy hotel with excellent breakfast and restaurant. The restaurant seems to be visited from all of the area and we had difficulties in getting a table at one evening (sorted out by the staff within 30 mins, since we were hotel guests). The meat is produced by the farm, which is attached to the hotel. Staff is family friendly, but there are also many couples visiting. Pets are welcome. There is a public bus to Salzburg city centre every 30 minutes, leaving in front of the hotel (Bus No 180 - it takes 40 mins to Salzburg). We felt very welcome and will certainly visit again.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location. Close to motorway, but quiet place. About 10 mins to Salzburg by car, but also possible to take a bus. Very nice personnel and excellent kitchen. Dinner was gorgeous, very tasty and such big portion that we could not even finish it. Breakfast also very good, you get everything you need with a bonus of very nice view. Room was just good size, whole hotel nicely renovated. We love wooden decoration and this one still smelled with wood. Good free parking as a bonus. We had very nice stay and would definitely recommend this nice hotel.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and calming atmosphere of the interiors. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy. The rooms had balconies, which can be a great hangout place, if the weather allows it. Everything was quiet, we barely noticed there were other guests (there were). The staff was very helpful and kind. We loved breakfasts and the room service was also great. We had no problem or felt any obstruction in using the hotel's amenities (a pool, wellness, gym). As a bonus, Kiki the house cat is cute and cuddly. A small lake right in front of the hotel and a stream behind it make interesting points to get you out for a small walk, which we enjoyed. The hotel is close to the highway and our ride to the Salzburg city centre didn't take longer than 30 minutes.

Friendly staff, quiet, safe location, plenty of parking, tasty breakfast, 2 big gardens very well maintained. It doesn;t serve dinner, but there are restaurants 10 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel is only 10km (20min) away from central Salzburg by car. The bus station is around the corner. The Eagle's Nest and the Rossfeld Panorama Strasse (Panoramic highway) are only 20 min away by car. The cable car is 5 min drive or 20 min walk away from the hotel. You can hike to the same location (Untersberg) (1300m ascent) from parking situated 5 min drive away - get there early as it gets filled up pretty quickly. You can rent bikes from the hotel and take advantage of the multiple trails that go to the city or neighbouring villages or towns.

    The view was great. Free parking. Spacious room. Great breakfast with homemade products. Restaurant was also very nice but the service was slow at times. I enjoyed walking my dog in the surroundings with the mountains as a view. It is quiet. Staff was fast to respond. Great balcony to chill on!

    Property is quiet and separate from the main house. Balcony is facing the mountain and it feels like you are alone on the property. Hosts were very helpful and friendly with everything we requested. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. We felt very safe and comfortable. Great place to stay if you want to visit surrounding cities and mountains. Parking: free parking in front of the property, safe and easy to access.

    Excellent hotel, wonderful view from the balcony to mountains. If you want to enjoy the beauty of small village in mountains, this hotel is the best option. Comfortable bed, super clean bathroom.     Typical Tyrolean Gasthof. Spacious and clean studio on 2nd floor with nice mountain view. Good starting point to visit Salzburg, hiking trails, caves, lakes and river gorges. Free parking close to the building. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

    It is an excellent place to stay. Very cozy and comfortable big rooms with everything you need. With a kitchen, living room, bedroom, private wc.There is also a free parking area. Just 10 minutes drive from the center. We will go back again for sure! ❤️🙏☺️ Such a lovely place to stay.
